We offer two ways to order items! Ready to Ship gear will be dropped every Friday and will ship in 24 hours unless ordered on the weekend or a holiday. Custom Items are made to order and our standard turnaround is 8 weeks. This time is needed as each item is handcrafted to order and there is currently a queue of orders to be fulfilled. We'll email you the week your order is on the table, and you will receive tracking information via email the morning it is expected to ship.

Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped USPS/UPS depending on your choice at checkout. Choosing Priority shipping does not place your order ahead in the processing queue. Shipping cost includes insurance on theft/lost items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to carrier error or theft but we will always do our best to help you if an order is missing or damaged in transit. If a shipping error is made on our end we will honor replacement 100%.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Delivery is subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees. Delivery estimates for all international services do not include customs processing times. We are not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped. Please allow USPS/UPS tracking numbers up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page after they have been dropped off.
International Clients:
The Information above applies with the exception that all orders over 4 lbs. must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please note that UPS is more expensive but are highly recommended for international orders so that your items take less time during shipping and are insured in case of loss or theft. UPS shipping is available, please contact us if you would like a quote and are unable to get rates by entering your address on the shipping page. Zip Code is the equivalent of your Postal Code or Town/City Code.
Custom Gear Inquiries:
We are not currently taking on Custom Orders for specifically designed gear which is different from what we usually offer. Please send us an email if you have any questions.
Returns:
Returns are not accepted unless an item is defective, in which case it will be remade and replaced. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe the item is defective. Why do we not offer returns? Put simply, these items are handcrafted with care. Hours are spent crafting each one, measuring, cutting, detailing, hole punching, stitching, sanding, edging, burnishing, logo placement, and waxing. It is a very time consuming process. We give you a lot of information so you can make a clear choice on what will suit your needs and we are always available for questions and adjustment requests in advance of crafting and shipping your order.
Damaged/Missing Orders:
If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 15 days of delivery.
Promotional Codes & Coupons:
Only One Promotional Code or Coupon can be used during an order, including your personal Society code if you are a member.
