All Items are made to order. Standard wait time is around 21 days. This time is needed to craft your order to your specifications. We likely have orders ahead of yours as well which is why the 21 day mark is stated. When your item is ready to ship you will receive tracking information via email. Your order will be shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on what you choose at checkout. Choosing Priority shipping does not place your order ahead of the order it was received.*We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to carrier error or theft but we will always do our best to help you in any way. If a shipping error is made on our end we will honor your order 100%.
The Same information above applies with the exception that all orders over 4 lbs. Must be Shipped Priority Mail. We are also not responsible for any Customs Fees or Duties charged to you by your local customs agencies. Please note that Priority Mail is more expensive but it is highly recommended for international orders so that your items take less time during shipping and are insured in case of loss or theft.
Custom Order Inquiries:
We are happy to do custom work for you if it's in the realm of the types of items that we currently offer. Depending on the items you would like the work done for we may require you to send it to us so we can get accurate sizing. To request a quote please email us with photos of the items you would like custom work for next to a ruler or tape measure so we can get an idea of the size. There is a custom item fee that will vary depending on size and complexity. We do not make pouches or bags, so please keep this in mind before sending an email for a price quote. Custom orders are not eligible for promotional discounts.
Returns are not accepted unless an item is somehow defective, in which case it will be remade and replaced, all you need to do is contact us. Why do we not do returns? Put simply, these items are handcrafted with care. Hours are spent crafting each one, measuring, cutting, line detail, hole punching, stitching, sanding, edging, burnishing, logo placement, and waxing. It is a very time consuming process. We give you a lot of information so you can make a clear choice on what will suite your needs and we are always available for questions and adjustment requests in advance of crafting and shipping your order.
